Kind Words

  • 'Raising Light offers little ones wonderful notions of connection and consciousness in a world where they yearn for both those things.’

    - Annie Mullen-Walsh, Poet & Teacher

  • Like Raising Light, I believe we are meant to live as light in this world. At birth, a baby’s first experience is light; it gently introduces them to life. Light connects us to the world, to each other, and to what is already within”. -

    - Ell, midwife and founder of Full Lume

  • “Beeeeaauuutiful!!! Can’t wait to pick up April and May for my girls.”

    - Ana Maria Muñoz, Creative Curator

  • 'Love this whole essence!’

    - Justyna Zubrowski @_thecoherentheart

  • "In a world where we often feel like we have to preface an interest in a connection to the Earth. To nature. To what’s inside all of us. With the “I know this is a bit woo… but ….” this is radically refreshing and wildly needed."

    - @plum.ruffles / @wearenottoomuch

  • ‘Just perfectly done - a beautiful and lyrical thing!’

    John Marsden, Author
    - of Katerina’s work

  • When I first saw the concept for this series there may have been gasps and squeals. The sweetest words, stunning art and environmentally conscious publication processes... some projects just hit differently and this is one of them. Beautiful books by gorgeous people.

Cecile Shanahan - Editor, moderator of literary events, awards judge & former writers festival curator.
